ENGAGE desires to:
- arouse public interest and involvement in the social and political arenas in order to provide support for moral values within family, society, education, business and government
- organise information seminars and philosophical debates
- generate ongoing discussion groups with key leaders to address our society’s needs
- provide resources for ongoing education and implementation
- provide a blog site for interaction with those interested in current issues
Future Events
Our first ENGAGEMENT is planned for May 2009, when international speakers Dr Ravi Zacharias and Dr John Patrick will attend a number of forums and discussion groups to address the issues associated with “moral relativism” and “moral neutrality” and their apparent effect on both individuals and society.
While it is recognised there is no one simple answer or all encompassing solution, nor does one human person hold the key, ENGAGE is bold enough to call togethers others with similar concerns and the desire to see our nation reverse the spiralling trend toward disfunctionalism, especially the breakdown within the family unit and the subsequent destructive consequences to the children of both this and future generations.
We trust you will join with us as we address issues that affect the wellbeing of our nation.
